The laws and regulations in case of cancellation foresee a very restricted policy since this would be an extraordinary private opening.
From the reservation day up to 8 days prior to the visit, cancellation penalty is 80% of the tour full price.
If cancellation is communicated to Italy Travels between 7 days to 24 hours prior to the day of visit, and in case of no show, cancellation penalty is 100% of the tour full price and no reimbursement will be granted.

In all cases, cancellations will have to be noticed in written form by email or fax in order to receive a partial refund (according to the below cancellation policy). The date of the cancellation request is the day when the request in written form is received by Italy Travels. For this reason, valid cancellation requests will not be accepted by phone unless accompanied by a written document.

All private tours organized by Italy Travels always include pre-reserved museum tickets when museum tours are included in the tour itinerary. In this way visitors avoid waisting time waiting in line in front of museums ticket offices.
